Summary

The story revolves around a young child named Tlotlego, who is preparing to host a tea party for the entire family. Throughout the story, we see Tlotlego counting out teacups, plates, biscuits, and sugar cubes in preparations for the event. As Tlotlego continues to gather and set the items, he repeatedly finds that one item is missing each time he checks back. This confuses him as he knows he counted correctly. Eventually, he discovers that the cause of the missing items is his little sister, Tshiamo, who has been setting up her own mini tea party under the table with the missing items.
